Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse activities across inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, and shipping.

The role requires supervising multiple departments to ensure efficient, cost-conscious operations aligned with contract requirements. The candidate should have 1+ year of supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office and warehouse management systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisor experience or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple employees to complete inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping and return processing activities
• Regulate daily workload and assign productivity goals based on customer’s demands
• Train, coach, engage and develop employees on efficient work methods for accuracy, efficiency, profitability, safety and security
• Interview, hire and/or promote, onboard and train employees to sustain a successful onboarding experience
• Lead continuous improvement projects to improve operational efficiency and customer profits in line with lean management principles
