Qualifications
- Requires 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operations experience.
- Prior leadership experience managing warehouse personnel.
- Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Develop and coach warehouse associates while driving performance, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
- Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and company procedures.
