Kentucky Eagle, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Operations role to oversee receiving, inventory control, replenishment, order picking, and loading.

You will manage supervisors and staff to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient execution across people, process, inventory, and automation, including RAPTOR. The role emphasizes staffing, safety, and continuous improvement, with core hours 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, plus flexibility for peak periods and Saturday rotation when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant leadership experience may be considered.
• 2+ years leading hourly employees in a high-volume warehouse or distribution-center operation.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, load building, and warehouse controls.
• Experience with warehouse automation including WMS/WES, conveyors, robotics, or automated material-handling systems.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into staffing, process, layout, or training actions.
• Advanced Excel skills and working proficiency with PowerPoint and reporting/database tools.
• Knowledge of labor planning, overtime control, productivity measurement, and basic cost accounting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to learn Kentucky Eagle systems (VIP, Beverage on the Web, automation apps).

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse supervisors and employees with clear priorities and productivity standards.
• Coach and develop supervisors; support HR decisions on hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Plan staffing based on order volume, inventory flow, automation needs; manage shifts.
• Monitor safety, attendance, productivity, accuracy, and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain inventory-control practices including replenishment and cycle counts.
• Coordinate driver check-in, returns, breakage, and issue escalation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, IT, Facilities to resolve issues.
• Lead meetings; identify constraints and implement improvements using data.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements for powered equipment and dock activity.
• Demonstrate Kentucky Eagle values and maintain safety, respect, and results focus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• RapTOR and automation related SOPs and training updates as needed.
