ORS Nasco is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Cincinnati, OH to oversee daily warehouse activities, drive efficiency, safety, and profitability across business units. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within wholesale trade or related industry.
Proven leadership development and team management experience.
Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze financial metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop operational teams through leadership development and team-building initiatives.
Conduct interviewing and hiring processes to build a skilled workforce.
Monitor and analyze KPIs and financial metrics to assess unit performance.
Oversee warehouse safety protocols to maintain a secure environment and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and present detailed unit analysis and reporting to senior management for strategic planning.
Manage unit financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements and best practices.
