Job summary

Sherman\'s Place Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and keep the whole company moving from receiving through delivery staging.

This role emphasizes safety, accountability, and coaching—building a structured, on‑time, and organized operation that powers every customer experience.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, full-time, in-office, with a focus on teamwork across Sales, Delivery, and Install.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Strong safety, organization, and operational excellence.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations from receiving to delivery staging.
• Build inventory systems and ensure accurate receiving, tagging, storing.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse daily.
• Coach and develop warehouse team; set clear daily expectations.
