Job summary

Sherman’s in Peoria Heights, IL is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure a smooth flow from receiving to delivery. You’ll build a capable, safety‑driven team, set daily plans, and drive accountability.

You’ll coach from the floor, partner with Delivery, Install, and Customer Care, and protect company assets while continuously improving organization and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience required; 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, organization, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations from receiving product through staging for deliveries.
• Ensure products are received, tagged, stored, and prepared accurately.
• Build inventory systems that improve organization and efficiency.

You'll lead our warehouse operation.
