Forget everything you think you know about retail. Back in '76, while the world was doing its thing, Sharon Sherman was busy building something different – a side hustle selling clocks and gifts with a whole lot of heart. Fast-forward nearly half-century, and Sherman's has blossomed into four locations packed with home appliances, furniture, and mattresses.
Sure, we've grown beyond microwaves, but our family values? Rock solid. Show Concern. Have Fun. Be Helpful. Demonstrate Integrity. Show Ambition. Develop Relationships. These aren't just words on a wall; they're the fuel that keeps us going.
Because we're genuinely passionate about our community. We're the neighbors who help you turn houses into homes. And it all started because Sharon dared to be different.
You'll lead our warehouse operation.
But more importantly—you'll lead the team that keeps our entire company moving.
Every delivery, every installation, every retail showroom, and every customer experience starts in the warehouse. When your operation runs well, every other department wins.
You'll build an organized, accountable, and safety-focused team that takes pride in getting the details right the first time.
We're looking for someone who creates consistency.
You don't assume people know what's expected—you make sure they do.
Your team starts every shift with a plan. Your Warehouse Leads know what success looks like. Training is documented, progress is tracked, and follow‑up is part of your routine—not an afterthought.
You believe accountability isn't about catching people doing something wrong. It's about giving people the coaching, direction, and support they need to do it right.
Because when the warehouse runs well, every department—from Sales to Delivery—feels the difference.
If you're energized by developing people and looking for a role where your standards drive excellence and your team helps power every customer experience, we'd love to meet you. Join us—and help build what's next!
