Job summary

Sherman\'s Place Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and keep the whole company moving from receiving through delivery staging.

This role emphasizes safety, accountability, and coaching—building a structured, on‑time, and organized operation that powers every customer experience.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, full-time, in-office, with a focus on teamwork across Sales, Delivery, and Install.

We're Seeking a Warehouse Manager

You'll lead our warehouse operation.

But more importantly—you'll lead the team that keeps our entire company moving.

Every delivery, every installation, every retail showroom, and every customer experience starts in the warehouse. When your operation runs well, every other department wins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience required; 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, organization, and operational excellence.
