Job summary

Medline is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Wisconsin to manage daily warehouse operations and lead staff. You will oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure adherence to procedures and Medline values.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory and warehouse experience, a high school diploma (an associate degree is a plus), and the ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and audit goods received.
