Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Colorado is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure receipt, storage, and shipment of materials aligns with procedures, and oversee staff performance.

You will coach and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values, maintain accurate inventories, and collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues. Requires at least 3 years supervisory warehouse experience; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience with basic skill level.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Ensure overtime is maintained within budget allotted.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of the inventory.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Lead day-to-day activities of employees including hiring, firing and performance reviews.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues.
