Job summary

Archway Marketing Services is seeking a warehouse team-leader to oversee drop-in operations, coach staff, and ensure safe, efficient production. You will assist supervisors with directing work, optimizing methods, and meeting SLAs and KPIs across departments.

Your role includes training, performance discussions, ISO-related support, and Lean/5-S initiatives to maintain quality and safety. Previous leadership and warehouse experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred
• Previous leadership responsibilities required
• 2+ years warehouse experience preferred
• Lean Manufacturing experience and use of warehouse automation equipment a plus
• PC skills including Excel and Word
• Excellent math, reading, and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to coach and provide feedback to employees
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team leadership role
• Ability to balance and utilize team resources
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo and greater in a team-lift environment

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in assigning work direction to team members
• Help determine production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables
• Coordinate with supervisor, team members and other departments to meet client SLA and KPI
• Train and coach employees
• Provide performance updates to supervisor and participate in discussions
• Assist ISO Coordinator with audits and certification requirements
• Support LEAN Manufacturing activities
• Promote 5-S and maintain a safe, clean work area; conduct audits
• Update work instructions and process flows
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Support quality, health and safety standards and policies
• Handle other duties as assigned
