Job summary

Louisa Food Products is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, storage, movement, and shipment of ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership to warehouse personnel, maintain inventory controls, coordinate material movements between facilities, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehousing activities including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory movements, order picking, loading, and shipping.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff and enforce safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure ERP transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product storage standards.
