Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to direct and oversee the warehouse operations across the store network.

The role entails supervising warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and supporting the Receiving Supervisor with daily freight scheduling based on customer and inventory needs. Responsibilities include scheduling personnel, directing day-to-day warehouse activities, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations for the store network.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving.
• Manage warehouse safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Complete activity reports and monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control.
