Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations across stores.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and support the Receiving Supervisor in managing freight schedules based on customer and inventory needs. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours during peak

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment).
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Aufgaben

• Direct the day-to day activities of the warehouse.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning to ship and receive products.
• Direct the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ship/receive products.
• Supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators; support Receiving Supervisor in managing the daily freight schedule.
• Maintain warehouse equipment; implement preventive maintenance programs and communicate repairs to management.
• Ensure warehouse safety programs comply with OSHA and local/state regulations; train associates on SOPs.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Monitor the flow of paperwork from Receiving to Inventory Control Specialist for timely data entry.
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
• Execute the Storage Buy Audit COP and oversee inventory rotation.
