Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, put-away, and shipping activities while ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity across the facility in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities include planning staffing, coaching staff, coordinating with Inventory Control and Transportation, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. A high school diploma is required, with preferred Bachelor’s and supervisory training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Three to five years warehouse related experience and/or training.
• Completion of a supervisory training program is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, put away, and shipping to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Plan staffing and coverage for vacations, holidays, and other gaps, coordinating shovel/shift coverage.
• Coach and evaluate colleagues, enforce safety and quality standards, and manage paperwork for payroll.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control and Transportation to optimize workflow and reduce shrink.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
