Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, put-away, and shipping activities in our Michigan facility. This role focuses on safe, efficient operations and achieving productivity goals while maintaining inventory integrity and equipment security.

You will coach and evaluate a team of 15–25 colleagues, coordinate staffing, and partner with Transportation and Inventory Control to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize work and time, analyze data, and solve problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 15–25 colleagues and ensure safe, productive warehouse operations.
• Monitor receiving and shipping to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Plan staffing to cover vacations, holidays, and shift fill-ins; coordinate personnel.
• Enforce safety rules and participate in safety programs and coaching.
• Maintain warehouse integrity, appearance, and equipment security.
