Job summary

The SYGMA Network in Kentucky seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, put-away and shipping operations. You will ensure safe, efficient processes, coach staff, and maintain equipment and records to support accurate payroll and high productivity.

Responsibilities include planning coverage for vacations, monitoring labor metrics, and collaborating with Transportation and Inventory Control to optimize flow and reduce shrink. A strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Supervisory training and leadership experience desired.
• Experience in warehouse operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing to cover vacations and shift fill-ins.
• Monitor workflow and productivity with labor management tools.
• Coach staff on safety, performance and policy compliance.
• Reduce overtime and optimize receiving/shipping processes.
• Maintain warehouse and equipment appearance and security.
• Ensure records and timekeeping are accurate for payroll.
