Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise fifteen to twenty-five colleagues in a Sysco Redistribution Center.
• Plan and schedule staff to cover vacations, holidays, and other absences.
• Monitor workflow and productivity using labor management systems.
• Coach colleagues to improve performance and reduce overtime.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and participate in safety committees.
• Maintain warehouse appearance, maintenance, and security of equipment.
• Review timekeeping records for payroll accuracy and deadlines.
