Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and management experience.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily processing of Purchase Orders and Stock PO to ensure flow in Admin and Macola.
• Ensure warehousing and dispatch to picking line within prescribed time frames.
• Oversee receipt, inventory control, and returns processes.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and inventory monitoring.
• Input data, train staff, supervise workflow, and resolve issues.
• Enforce proper use and maintenance of Instawarehouse equipment.
• Ensure proper delivery and pickup of inventory using shipping sources.
• Maintain adequate staffing during business hours and ensure clean facilities.
