POOLCORP El Paso is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate procurement activities for sales and distribution, ensuring timely delivery and efficient warehouse operations.

You will review orders and figures daily, oversee inventory, train staff, and work with regional buyers to optimize pricing, availability, and schedules.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and cost control while supporting the sales team to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of operations experience in industrial distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of industrial product lines helpful.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities involved with procuring products for sales and distribution.
• Review open sales orders, open purchase orders, open vendor claims, and open transfers.
• Oversee inventory, control stock outs and reduce excess inventory.
• Train employees and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Ensure merchandise is received and stored efficiently and maintained records.
