Job summary

Poolcorp, Weston, FL, is seeking an Operations Manager to direct and coordinate activities for the procurement and distribution of pool-related products. You will hire and train warehouse staff, review orders and vendor communications, manage inventory to minimize stockouts, and oversee freight invoices.

A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience are preferred. This role supports sales objectives and offers a comprehensive benefits package and a path for career growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of operations experience in a warehouse or industrial distribution setting.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ employees.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Inventory Management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate procurement and distribution activities.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff.
• Review open orders, purchases, vendor claims, and transfers.
• Manage inventory to prevent stockouts and reduce excess stock.
• Oversee freight expenses and payment of invoices.
