POOLCORP is seeking an Operations Manager at SCP Distributors in Plano, TX to oversee warehousing and distribution activities. You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, manage inventory, and coordinate procurement and shipping to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of operations experience in industrial distribution or warehouse environment.
• Operations responsibility for $5–10 Million wholesale warehouse facility.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ employees.
• Computer skills including MS Office and Inventory Management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities involved with procuring products for sales and distribution.
• Hire, train, direct, and manage warehouse staff and drivers.
• Review orders, purchase orders, vendor claims, and transfers.
• Manage inventory and freight costs, and approve freight invoices.
• Supervise order routing, loading, and delivery per customer instructions.
