Job summary

The Sygma Network, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee safe receipt, storage, retrieval and dispatch of goods in a busy NC facility.

You will ensure health and safety requirements are met, maintain security of stock and IT systems, and organize layouts and processes for oversized or damaged stock. You will lead daily operations, monitor POs and inventory, train staff, and drive productivity targets while coordinating with customer service and suppliers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and Management experience.
• Proficiency with various Warehouse Management platforms.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily processing of POs to ensure flow through Macola systems.
• Ensure warehousing and dispatch to the picking line within the time frame.
• Manage receiving, inventory control & returns and ensure accurate inventory.
• Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow and resolve problems.
• Enforce proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Ensure delivery and pickup of inventory using appropriate shipping sources.
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork to meet productivity targets.
• Train staff and monitor performance.
