Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Fort Worth, TX to supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring workplace safety, building security, and accurate inventory. You will organize stock, manage POS/PO flow, and oversee automated storage and retrieval systems.

You will lead daily warehouse operations, train staff, and coordinate with customer service to resolve shipment or returns issues, ensuring productivity targets are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and Management experience.
• Proficiency with various Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems.
• Computer applications using MS Office specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Possess or ability to pass forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily processing of all Purchase Orders to ensure workflow in Admin/Back Office systems.
• Ensure warehoused goods are ready for the picking line within the required time frame.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control and returns; monitor bin systems for accuracy.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and monitor orders and inventory.
• Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow and resolve issues.
• Enforce proper use and maintenance of Instawarehouse equipment and shipping accuracy.
