Job summary

The Sygma Network, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Lancaster, CA to drive safe and efficient warehouse operations. You will lead the management team and associates, ensuring adherence to OSHA and internal safety standards while optimizing space, processes and product flow.

You will collaborate with Transportation, HR and Administration to achieve cost efficiency and exceptional service levels, while maintaining records and coaching staff for continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and compliance with safety rules.
• Experience in warehouse management and staff development.
• Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems, plus MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and productivity to eliminate accidents and injuries.
• Lead, hire, train, evaluate and develop warehouse staff and managers.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize product flow and costs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Food Safety requirements and company policies.
• Maintain equipment, facilities and records; manage performance evaluations.
