Job summary

The Warehouse Manager at US3081 Sygma Carolina (The Sygma Network, Inc) will oversee the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods; ensure health and safety compliance, protect inventory, and optimize warehouse layout and storage for efficiency.

You will manage order processing, inventory control, forklift operations, supervise staff, train teams, and coordinate with Customer Service to resolve issues while maintaining accurate data in the warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
• 2–5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and Management experience.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems.
• Able to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily Purchase Orders and Stock Purchase Orders flow through Admin and Back Office systems.
• Ensure products are warehoused and disbursed to picking lines within required timeframes.
• Oversee order processing and shipment from warehouse.
• Manage receiving, inventory control and returns; monitor direct and true bins.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and inventory monitoring.
• Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow.
