Sygma Virginia, part of The Sygma Network, Inc, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, put-away, and shipping activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate operations. You will lead a team and coordinate with transportation and inventory control to optimize flow and service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), 3–5 years of warehouse experience, supervisory training, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and labor management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3–5 years warehouse experience.
• Completion of a supervisory training program required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to promote safety and efficiency.
• Plan and schedule staffing for vacations and shifts; coordinate with team.
• Monitor workflow and productivity using labor management systems.
• Coach colleagues, evaluate performance, and optimize overtime.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Inventory Control for flow and accuracy.
• Ensure records, safety compliance, and security of the facility.
