• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 10+ years of distribution/warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong communication and training skills; ability to enforce safety rules.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and labor management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
