Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and managing workload.
• Shipping & receiving and material handling in a distribution environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Forklift operation with relevant certifications preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic data entry or reporting.
• Commitment to workplace safety, including OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or fulfillment operations; fashion and lifestyle sector experience is a plus.
• High school diploma; vocational training in logistics beneficial.
