Role Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring timely, accurate processing of goods. This position coordinates shipping and receiving activities, supervises material handling, and monitors inventory control procedures to support service levels and safety standards. The Warehouse Supervisor leads and schedules warehouse team members, provides training and performance feedback, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
