Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of 25 warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality targets
• Monitor productivity metrics and take corrective action when needed
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and meet DC objectives while maintaining quality and inventory
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Gemba walks, Kaizen, takt boards)
• Schedule workforce to ensure staffing for picking, restocking, and shipping
