Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader in Roanoke, TX to direct a 25-person team across receiving, storage, and shipping functions. You will drive productivity, uphold safety standards, and manage schedules to meet distribution targets.

You will oversee budgeting, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and quality teams, while guiding continuous improvement projects and ensuring OSHA/compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 2-3 years related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of 25 warehouse associates to achieve timely distribution and receipt of products.
• Monitor site productivity standards and provide feedback; take corrective action as needed.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and meet DC objectives and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Gemba walks, Kaizen, takt boards).
• Schedule labor to optimize picking, replenishment, restock, locate and ship tasks.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with HR and other teams daily; participate in hiring decisions.
• Maintain timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling records; enforce safety.
