Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring receipt, storage and shipping of materials and accurate inventory control. You will lead and coach staff, monitor procedures, and collaborate with customer service to resolve issues.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate’s degree is a plus, and at least 3 years of supervisory and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and lead day-to-day activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely reporting; audit goods received.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
