Job summary

LifeScience Logistics LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Indiana to lead the Warehouse Lead and personnel, coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping, and ensure productivity and safety standards are met.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in distribution/warehouse management, with preference for pharmaceutical warehousing and FDA/cGMP familiarity. Strong training, safety, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years distribution and warehouse management experience in receiving, storing, issuing, and accounting for property.
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with Pharmaceutical warehousing preferred.
• Familiar with temperature controlled warehousing.
• Familiar with FDA and cGMP requirements.
• Demonstration of effective time management, impeccable verbal and written communication, ability to conduct research, attention to detail, critical thinking, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Warehouse Lead and Warehouse Personnel.
• Coordinate all warehouse activities to meet productivity goals and maintenance functions.
• Prepare work schedules including assignments, training, breaks, overtime, and vacation coverage.
• Organize day-to-day picking and loading efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies.
• Research errors and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in developing plans for process improvement.
• Coordinate training for personal safety, forklift safety, and warehouse SOPs/WI's.
• Adjust daily assignments during shifts to operate within specifications.
• Ensure building and product security during scheduled hours.
• Oversee warehouse safety and housekeeping.
• Enforce SOP adherence and take corrective action as needed.
• Address employee issues effectively and without bias.
• Oversee performance and provide cross-training for development and company objectives.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
• Complete daily sanitation and end-shift paperwork.
• Inform Operations Manager of potential problems and changes.
• Act as backup in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Perform special projects as assigned by Operations Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
