Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse supervisor in the United States with leadership experience to oversee a team and ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity. The role involves coordinating shipments, inventory control, and scheduling, while maintaining production records and reporting to plant personnel.

The position requires hands-on leadership, ability to work with equipment, and flexibility for shift work including weekends if needed.

Qualifications

2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Strong conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Manage operational procedures including incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete tasks while tracking time and production records.
Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
Work with machinery and material handling equipment.
Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication across the organization.
Perform assigned projects as instructed.
