Job summary

Performance Food Group’s Performance Foodservice unit seeks a warehouse associate to oversee and guide the warehouse crew under a supervisor, maintain work areas, assist with shipping/receiving, and ensure safety and quality standards while maintaining efficient product flow through the facility.

You will follow safety policies, complete daily paperwork, operate forklifts safely, work in a multi-temperature environment, and meet productivity targets while supporting the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally throughout shift.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures; keep work area safe and report unsafe conditions.
• Prepare daily production paperwork and work schedule for operations.
• Perform daily safety checks on forklift and pallet jack.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Provide backup support to warehouse management and team.
