Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Associates/2-year technical degree in business management, logistics or related area preferred.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervises administrative staff: hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Stocks received product and maintains FIFO warehouse procedures.
• Upholds service quality and ensures understanding of roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Uses warehouse management system and analyzes productivity for improvements.
• Handles building security and ensures safe operation of material handling.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
