Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The role oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, warehouse staff, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong people management, data-driven reporting, and the ability to balance productivity with safety. Weekend flexibility is required in this on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or related environment.
• Strong warehouse leadership and team-supervision experience.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solutions-oriented approach with ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse employees to support efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and product storage.
• Plan workflows, staffing requirements, product-space allocations, and action plans.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Oversee order picking and coordinate shipment scheduling with carriers.
• Ensure inventory is received, recorded, inspected, and stored properly.
• Maintain warehouse locations for stock and materials.
• Monitor expenditures and enforce safety policies.
• Address routine equipment issues and support overall warehouse operations.
