Job summary

Mom’s Meals seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead three shifts across receiving, storage, and distribution, ensuring accurate inventory and order fulfillment.

You will drive safety, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics, supervising 20+ hourly staff.

The role emphasizes accountability, ERP/WMS proficiency, and KPI reporting to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ warehouse management or related leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Shift Leads for daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory control).
• Direct Inventory Coordinators in inventory transactions and ERP reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy via cycle counts, audits, and adjustments.
• Coordinate replenishment and transfers with Finance, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, capacity utilization, dock throughput, and labor productivity.
• Oversee relationships with 3PLs and warehouse vendors.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance for 20+ hourly staff.
• Develop and analyze KPIs to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and safety/quality standards.
