• Supervise at least two full-time direct reports with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse production activities.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to support day-to-day activities.
• Ensure schedules are implemented correctly and jobs are assigned and completed.
