Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead safe, efficient warehouse operations and motivate teams to meet KPIs. You will supervise direct reports, allocate resources, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring compliance and inventory integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, reporting, and communication skills, with a focus on process discipline and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent required or six months in a warehouse with leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead under high-stress conditions and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two full-time direct reports, including coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activities and ensure schedules are followed.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to support day-to-day activities.
• Promote safety through meetings, training, and safety practices.
• Maintain inventory integrity and assist with counts.
