Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing time-off, conducting daily standups, and maintaining inventory integrity while supporting the Operations Manager with special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Six months of warehouse experience with demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two full-time direct reports, including coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activities.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports.
• Ensure schedules are implemented and tasks completed.
• Manage vacation and time-off to minimize disruption.
• Lead teammates on the floor during daily operations.
• Conduct daily startup meetings with work instructions and safety practices.
• Drive improvement through feedback and corrective actions.
• Promote safety via weekly meetings and JHA reviews.
• Maintain 5S standards and orderly work environment.
• Support inventory integrity and physical counts.
• Assist the Operations Manager with special projects.
