Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or military rank E-6/E-7 or O-1/O-2; or 6 months’ warehouse leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead under high-stress conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two full-time direct reports with coaching, recognition, and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse production activities.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to support day-to-day activities.
