Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to oversee the receipt, storage and shipment of materials across U.S. operations. You will ensure efficient processes, accurate audits, and optimal use of warehouse space and equipment.

The role requires a two-year degree or equivalent experience with several years in warehouse functions, and readiness to pass a background check and drug test. Base pay reflects market norms for U.S. warehouse roles.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
• HS diploma or equivalent with minimum 8 years of functional experience (including 4 years in a related role).
• Experience leading daily warehouse operations and supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies and equipment.
• Audits goods received into warehouse and oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials.
• Prepares and coordinates shipping/receiving schedules to optimize space and flow of goods.
