Job summary

Pollak Distributors is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily distribution center operations, drive safety, productivity, and efficiency across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and fleet dispatch.

The ideal candidate balances hands-on leadership with strategic data analysis to keep the supply chain moving smoothly and cost-effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse management or supervision.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP and RF scanning.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Experience implementing safety protocols and improving processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a warehouse team including stockers, order selectors, and forklift operators.
• Improve throughput by optimizing receiving, picking, and shipping workflows.
• Collaborate on inventory control and space management to achieve high stock accuracy.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate fleet and delivery loading to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Track KPIs such as accuracy, cost per order, and labor efficiency.
