• Requires 5+ years in fast-paced logistics or distribution environments.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred; fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet KPI targets and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate cross-team workflows, coaching of supervisors and associates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and drive process improvements across the facility.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met.
• Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and standard work procedures.
• Communicate with Director of Operations and customers on performance and issues.
