Job summary

Polytainers Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing team on a fast-paced shift. You will ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective warehouse operations while driving KPI performance, accuracy, and productivity.

This role emphasizes leadership, compliance with HACCP and 5S, and continuous improvement in a food-packaging environment. You will coach the warehouse team, manage staffing and scheduling in Dayforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in plastics and/or food packaging industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

Safety, compliance & food safety: act as on-shift Competent Person, ensure HACCP, cGMP, and 5S standards.
Lead incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Own shift performance metrics: OTIF, inventory accuracy, picking/shipping accuracy, labour cost.
Conduct regular safety audits and ensure proper documentation.
Manage daily labour plans and workforce utilization to meet priorities.
Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and process improvements.
