Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum six months of leadership or supervisory experience in distribution, warehouse, or similar.
• Experience with WMS, data entry, and inventory control procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise assigned warehouse associates and provide daily direction.
• Independently assign and prioritize work to meet operational objectives.
• Plan and monitor daily shifts, objective attainment, and safety expectations.
• Drive productivity, accountability, and branch performance goals.
• Coach and develop associates; address performance concerns promptly.
• Maintain communication with Warehouse Manager on staffing and performance.
