Job summary

Talentify seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Conroe, TX to lead safe, efficient warehouse operations and ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping within the ERP/WMS framework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, ERP, inventory control, and supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to deliver solutions that impact both internal teams and customer organizations.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and safety procedures at all times.
• Evaluate group processes to optimize resource usage and equipment.
• Supervise daily tasks including training, performance reviews, and employee relations.
• Assist in maintaining KPI dashboards to drive customer satisfaction and throughput.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Transportation to resolve issues.
