Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL, distribution, fulfillment, or high-volume warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Experience supervising warehouse associates, assigning work, monitoring productivity, and coaching.
• Familiarity with WMS, barcode scanners, RF devices, and Excel.
• Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies, mis-picks, packing errors, damages, and shipping issues.
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and incident reporting.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends or multiple shifts.
• Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to required weights.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities and labor scheduling.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff per standards.
• Oversee inventory levels and loading/unloading operations.
• Ensure accuracy in shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Monitor safety, quality, and process compliance.
• Address urgent orders and staffing shortages.
